Barbara Laskaris-Lorigan has held various risk and claims management positions in the construction and insurance industries.
Ms. Laskaris-Lorigan was previously an Assistant Vice President for the Construction Defect Specialty Unit at Arch Insurance; a Construction Claims Manager and Large Loss Specialist at Gallagher Bassett Services; the Regional Manager of Claims, Contracts and Credit for SelectBuild, a subsidiary of Building Materials Holding Corporation; Southwestern Regional Team Manager for construction defect claims for Zurich North America; and the Construction Liability Claim Manager for the former Arrowhead Claims organization. Ms. Laskaris-Lorigan has over twenty-six years of experience in the construction defect industry, including investigations, complex claims handling, and management of losses throughout the United States, and has lectured before various legal and trade organizations. Ms. Laskaris-Lorigan is currently the President of the San Diego Chapter of CLM.
In her spare time, she enjoys running and has captained a relay race team that has raised over $110,000 for Taking Control of Your Diabetes, a charity that promotes education for those suffering from diabetes.

Kimberly Bush has over 23 years claims experience in a wide variety of areas including construction defect, general liability property damage and bodily injury, commercial and personal auto, and uninsured/ underinsured motorist.
Previously Ms. Bush worked as Claims Supervisor at Gallagher Bassett Services and Midlands Claims Administrators. She began her claims career at Mercury Insurance as a customer service representative and worked up to Litigation Specialist handling 1st and 3rd party auto liability claims before moving to general liability claims handling.
Ms. Bush is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History with a minor in Secondary Education.
Ms. Bush currently lives in Oklahoma with her husband of 40 years. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, reading, and large family gatherings.

Tracy Leek joined Golden State Claims Adjusters in 2020. His experience encompasses the areas of Construction Defect, Construction Injury and Property Damage claims.
Prior to joining Golden State, Mr. Leek was a Team Manager for Zurich North America, as well as file handler and supervisor at OneBeacon Insurance. His experience includes over twenty years handling and supervising Construction Defect and General Liability claims.
Mr. Leek attended California State University at Los Angeles and has been involved in leading many Construction Defect handling and coverage training courses.

Roseann Coughlin is a Claims Supervisor in the Carlsbad office of Golden State Claims Adjusters. She has over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry and is a licensed adjuster in 29 states.
In addition to construction defect supervision and claims handling she has held supervisory position in personal lines insurance as well as previously handling complex litigation of various types of general liability claims including Products Liability, Premises Liability, Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Advertising Injury and Personal Injury. She has managed all aspects of these claims including but not limited to the initial review, coverage analysis/determination, assignment and management of defense counsel, liability and damages analysis of underlying claim, implementation of resolution strategies, negotiation of settlements and participation mediations.
Ms. Coughlin received her B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University at State College, PA. Ms. Coughlin is currently the Secretary of the CLM-San Diego Chapter where she was Past President of the chapter at its inception and through 2014

Mike Moreno joined Golden State Claims Adjusters in 2019. Mr. Moreno has over 12 years of insurance industry experience, mostly in the field of surety.
Prior to joining Golden State, Mr. Moreno was a Bond Claim Supervisor with Tokio Marine HCC. He began his career in insurance in 2006 with Infinity Insurance handling personal auto claims. In 2008, Mr. Moreno joined Tokio Marine HCC as a Bond Claims Examiner. During his tenure with Tokio Marine HCC, he investigated and audited claims on Contractor’s License Bonds and License and Professions Bonds from various states. His experience includes research of the Arizona Revised Statutes, California Business and Professions Code, California Civil Code, Colorado Revised Statutes, Nevada Revised Statues, Oregon Revised Statutes and Uniform Building Code for surety bond claims. Mr. Moreno became a Bond Claims Supervisor in 2011 and was one of the people responsible for developing and implementing bond claims practices for Tokio Marine.
Mr. Moreno obtained his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from California State University – Long Beach.
